Our PA comes in once a week and takes care of our admin that is a bit daunting for us. She has set up reminders and checked when our contracts/subscriptions end so we can get a better deal. She also helped me order a new i-Pad and set it up with some handy buttons (apps) so it helps me day to day.

My PA, Leigh saved me from so much stress! She got a Doctors appointment very quickly. pushed for a referral and accompanied me to the hospital.

I live alone and I am not very good with the computer so when the council sent me a link for a discount that I was entitled to, I ignored it as it confused me. My lovely PA sorted that for me in a jiffy and now I have a smaller council tax bill, thank you.

After waiting over 2 years to get all the associated issues of a poorly installed shower fixed in my new build, our PA got the issue resolved and we also received an apology note.
I am so relieved it is over.
